HAYAH was my first project as a bandleader and composer. I asked my long time friend and talentend bass player Chadi Messmer to be in the band, and young pianist from Lucerne Emanuel Wildeisen.

The "piano trio" setup is always challenging, and I wanted to try to add my ethnical and oriental music influences to this traditionnal jazz combo, which ended to be very exciting !

The project is now inactive but we might play again, the  concerts we played were absolutely brilliant and inspiring  !
